Orders placed on Amarey online stores are processed the business day after reception. Once the purchase has been completed and the order confirmation email has been received, the orders will be processed according to the standard shipping method. The processing of the orders may experience delays during the holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Shipping - The cost of shipping in Italy is €5 (VAT included). The order is generally handed over to the courier within one day after receiving the order. Delivery usually is within 1-3 working days from the day the order has been entrusted to the courier. Deliveries are not carried out on holidays and the day before holidays. Delivery times may not be respected in the case of shipments to remote areas (Sicily, Sardinia and provinces that are difficult to reach). The cost of shipping to other countries is €10 (including VAT); delivery times may vary according to the country of destination.

ETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the product received is damaged or if you received the wrong article or color, sorry for that we will send you a new one without any additional cost.

If the product does not satisfy your expectations we accept returns only if the box has not been opened and/or the product has not been used. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day of purchase. Refund will be processed once we will receive the product and checked that the conditions are the ones mentioned above (article not opened and/or used). Shipping cost are not refunded.

ORDER MODIFICATION

Once the order has been processed and confirmed we are sorry but we are unable to change it, in this case you will have to go through the return process once you receive your order.
